TFT Sports & Event Management offers a dynamic range of performance sports competitions, including Schoolaerobics, Dancestar, Glee!, and 100% Cheer. We are proud to be the only organisation in Australia that brings together four distinct genres under one competitive umbrella, providing opportunities from regional events to the prestigious National Championships.

Results

At TFT Sports & Event Management, the heart of our competition is about building confidence, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of performance — not just chasing scores. That’s why results are always announced live on stage: to celebrate every team’s effort publicly, with pride, energy and unity. It reinforces the joy of performing and being part of something bigger than a number.

Using our streamlined digital scoring and feedback system, we are able to supply the Head Coach with feedback on their routines within minutes of coming off stage, or straight after relevant presentations throughout the course of the day. At close of the day, every Head Coach will then receive  a detailed score breakdown and comparative sheets showing where they placed. This allows experienced coaches to interpret results in a way that supports learning and growth. By keeping in-depth scoring discussions within the coaching space, TFT ensures that young athletes stay focused on improvement, sportsmanship and team spirit, rather than becoming fixated on rankings.
