With over 35 years of experience in the performance sports industry, Roxanne Thew is the visionary force behind TFT Sports & Event Management. As the founder and CEO, Roxanne has dedicated her career to creating inclusive, empowering, and professionally run events that celebrate the talents of young Australians across dance, cheer, sportaerobics, and vocal performance.

Since establishing TFT in 2008 after purchasing Schoolaerobics in 2007,  Roxanne has overseen the growth of Schoolaerobics, and the introduction of  Dance⭐️, Glee!, and 100% Cheer with the aim to provide performance sport competitors with a platform where all could share their passion and talent side by side.

Her leadership has transformed TFT into a national icon within the industry, engaging over 15,000 performances annually and offering structured pathways from regional showcases to National Championships.

Beyond the stage, Roxanne is passionate about social impact. She actively aupports volunteer programs and encourages all CEO's to throw themselves behind the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, raising awareness and funds to combat homelessness in Australia. 

Both personally and through TFT, Roxanne promotes the gesture of corporate philanthropy....the companies very mission statement being, to quote Winston Churchill, "We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give".

Her dedication to community service reflects the core values of TFT: empowerment, inclusivity, and heart. 

TFT stands for Time, Faith and Tenacity…. The 3 things Rox believes it takes to become a Champion.  Give it time, believe in yourself even when others don't.....and never give up on a dream.

Roxanne’s unwavering commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering a love for performance continues to inspire thousands of students, educators, and families across the country.....year in and out.

She affectionately calls the Company the TFT Circus and is the Ringmaster...cracking the whip; but always happy to step into the role of MC,  the juggler, the clown or the rightrope walker as needed.

Fueled by indefatiguable energy  she is reguarly known to "just pop in"  at Events Australia wide... to work a day with the team in one State before shooting over to another.Most importantly ensuring she has time to chat with Coaches face to face, share a laugh and a memory  with the amazing TFT parents and audience , and have fun with the kids.
