Whether it’s 100% Cheer, Dance⭐️, Glee!, Schoolaerobics or any of our vibrant platforms, our mission is to create positive, inclusive, and empowering performance experiences that celebrate every stage of a performer’s journey. 

Fairness & Integrity

We pride ourselves on delivering a judging system that is professional, transparent, and as objective as possible. All judges are industry professionals, from dancers and choreographers to vocal coaches and musical theatre performers  and only assess within their field of expertise. By dividing scoring into Artistic and Technical panels, and using a strict set of criteria and subcategories, we eliminate personal bias and ensure every score reflects true skill, effort, and intent.

Confidence Over Comparison

Our focus is on growth, not just results. Scores are announced on stage to celebrate achievement in the moment, but detailed feedback and rankings are shared directly with coaches allowing young performers to learn in a supportive and age-appropriate way. We believe that when scoring becomes a conversation between coach and student, it fosters learning and protects the joy of performing.

We believe in honouring every stage of the journey  whether a student is stepping onto the stage for the first time or chasing a national title. Through carefully structured divisions and competition levels, we provide opportunities for novice to elite performers to shine, develop, and discover what they’re truly capable of.
