Schoolaerobics

Schoolaerobics is Australia’s premier fitness-based performance  sports competition, where athleticism meets artistry in a high-energy showcase of strength, precision, and school spirit. Established in 1989, it has grown to include over 9000 performances a year nationwide, making it Australia’s largest Inter-School sport aerobics competition. From powerful choreography to dynamic formations and unstoppable energy, Schoolaerobics is more than just a competition, it’s a celebration of discipline, determination, and pure performance joy.

Whether you’re stepping out as a soloist or bringing the heat with your team, there’s a place for every performer to shine. With divisions for Future Legends, Primary, Secondary, and Old Skool (Alumni), and multiple competition streams tailored to different skill levels, from Novice to Elite, athletes of all abilities can find their moment to stand tall, sweat it out, and show what they’re made of.

From the start of the season at Autumn Challenges or Regional Qualifiers to the pride of aiming  for the BIG stage in front of 1000's at the National Championships....dreams come ture.
